Caroline (she/her) is a masters student in the Counseling program at University of North Carolina Greensboro with a concentration in couples and families.

Caroline has a passion for guiding individuals and relationships of all kinds towards meaningful change to encourage growth, healing, and connection. As an ADHDer herself, she believes in working with a client’s neurotype instead of against it, welcoming any and all accommodations to ensure the comfort and safety for her clients. She approaches her work with clients through a multicultural, person-centered lens, prioritizing the cultural context of the client and building a therapeutic relationship rooted in genuine empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. Caroline is LGBTQIA2S+ and Neurodiversity-Affirming.

- Trying new foods and traveling with her husband, Jason
- Playing and snuggling with her two cats, Asmodeus and Lua
- Doing puzzles of any variety
