Dr. Kholodkov understands – you may have many questions about all of this.
Those might include:
- Whether psychotherapy versus other resources may be helpful for you
- What may be different about the approaches Project Yes uses
- Whether specific services Dr. Kholodkov offers are appropriate for what you need
- You are asking questions to arrange care on behalf of another person (family or loved one)
You may also just want to meet briefly with Dr. Kholodkov. It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. Project Yes offers free, 15 minute consultations, either on the phone or in-person. The complementary consultation is a great time to ask questions you may have to help you determine if you’d like to schedule an appointment. No formal assessment or treatment will be provided during the consultation – it’s purely informational. Please note, Dr. Kholodkov reserves the right to recommend that an actual appointment needs to be scheduled if the nature of your questions extends beyond the scope of the complementary consultation.
Dr. Kholodkov is also available for consultation with professionals regarding specific areas or topics she may specialize in, to coordinate care for clients, or regarding accessing resources.
