Sofia is a graduate of North Carolina State University’s Masters in Social work Program. She assists in an administrative capacity at Project Yes PLLC.

Her passions for mental health and reproductive justice drive her commitment to supporting individuals through their most vulnerable and challenging times. Sofia believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions and experiences without fear. Her aim is to ensure that each person feels heard and understood, creating the perfect environment for healing and growth.

Sofia has an active life. She enjoys connecting with nature as an avid hiker and camper. She also has enjoyed traveling, having been most moved by her trip to Vietnam.

She will also help put together content for client resources, marketing, and assist in scoring assessment instruments. You may end up connecting with Sofia if she calls you from our office, shadows therapy sessions or assists with one of our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy groups!
In her free time, Sofia likes:

- Trying out new baking and cooking recipes
